Why Choose the Micon 32 Backpack?
The Arc'teryx Micon 32 is an exceptionally durable backpack that was designed for backcountry enthusiasts. Its 32L capacity and lightweight design provide more than enough space for my things while remaining ultralight when I'm on the move. The outer shell is made from high-tenacity N210r HT nylon, and the N400r-AC² ripstop is extremely tough. My things inside stay bone-dry thanks to the taped seams and water-tight zippers. It features a dedicated avalanche tool pocket that I never use, and a roll-top compartment that is handy for quickly accessing the bag's contents. Included were external attachments to carry my snowboard and helmet, but I never used this feature.

How I Use the Arc'teryx Micon 32 Backpack
Snowboarding: I typically use this Arc'teryx bag when I need to pack a lot for long days on the mountain, but I often take the Micon 16 instead.
Travel: Although it's not built for travel, I enjoy taking it on 2-day trips, and it has quickly become one of my favorite travel backpacks. Its compact size makes it small enough to qualify as a carry-on on American Airlines. I typically travel with this and the Granville 16 if I am not snowboarding.
