Why Choose the Bird Patch Toque?
The Arc'teryx Bird Patch Toque 28134 is a lightweight beanie designed specifically for skiing and snowboarding. It is made from 100% recycled polyester and is very warm for its weight. This is one of the few beanies from Arc'teryx that has the entire inside lined with soft fleece. This liner, combined with the folded balm over my ears, keeps the cold out. All this, and it is still very comfortable, breathable, and effective in moisture management.
The patch is front and center with the iconic bird, word, and year established on it. This beanie is very soft and easy to layer under my helmet and goggles. The only downside of this toque is the odd location of the patch. It's too close to the natural fold of the brim.
